If you thought you heard the sound of a legion of fanboys getting erections at the same time this week, then it was probably because analysts have predicted that from this month to the end of the year, the PS3 may finally outsell the X360. Let me be the first to say that unless you have shares in either Microsoft or Sony, this shouldn’t really matter. But you and I both know that for some gamers this will either be the best or the worst news of the year.
